Neo Settlements now uses DocuSign

Our settlement processes and software are now integrated with DocuSign, making the receipt and signing of documents faster, easier, and more secure.

This is now our standard method for sending documents to clients. However, if you prefer to receive documents via email for printing, signing, scanning, and emailing back to us, we can accommodate that as well.

Additionally, some clients prefer to visit the office to sign documents, and we are happy to support this approach for those who choose it.

The DocuSign Process

Once you have accepted our quote and we have prepared the necessary documentation for you to sign, we will compile all documents and send them to you via email.

Verify your ID

Upon receiving the email, DocuSign will prompt you to verify your ID, for example, using your driver's license and your phone's camera.

Signing your Documents

After verifying your identity, DocuSign will guide you to electronically sign and date various documents, and select specific options when needed.

It is crucial that you read all documents and understand what you are signing.

If the contract requires multiple signatures, the next person will receive the DocuSign email once you have completed your signing. You will also receive regular reminders if there is a delay in signing the documents.

When you receive an email from us with the DocuSign link, you can review the document add required details and sign without having to create a DocSign account.
