Licensee Catharine Holloway first started in the settlement industry in 1987 in Kalgoorlie. Taking a detour to attend university, travel and then work in the Export Marketing industry Catharine returned to settlements in 2001. Catharine started Neo Settlements in 2012

Sam Rivers, our assistant conveyancer has been in the Real Estate industry since 2010. Previously working for a real estate mortgage broker has given Sam extensive experience in understanding bank process, time frames and documentation. This has made Sam an asset in harrassing your bank to ensure we get to settlement on time! Sam is responsible for liasing with the clients, their bank and broker,  the Real Estate agent and other parties connected to the settlement.
